Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs & Duties
For orders shipped within the European Union, no customs duties apply. International orders (outside the EU) may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Mornin is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Fragile Items
All ceramic mugs are wrapped individually in bubble wrap and packed in double-walled cardboard boxes designed for fragile goods. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@mornin.ro with photos and we will arrange a replacement.
