Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged-in-transit items are always eligible for a full replacement or refund regardless of the return window — just send us a photo.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@mornin.ro with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label (EU orders).
  3. Pack your mug securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is 5–10 business days after we receive your return. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged goods, etc.).

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your mug for a different style within 30 days of delivery. Contact us and we will arrange the exchange at no extra shipping cost within the EU.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@mornin.ro with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards are non-returnable. Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
